Senior Level Designer - Sanzaru Games_

**Summary:**Sanzaru Games is looking for talented Level Designers. This should be someone who has a passion for designing, developing, and polishing game levels including level geometry, enemy encounters, puzzles, and moment to moment gameplay. Level designer works closely with the Art team, Leads, and Creative Directors to help ensure game levels have high polish, are creatively entertaining, and progression flow. We are interested in all levels of experience, from junior to senior level designers.**Required Skills:**Senior Level Designer - Sanzaru Games Responsibilities:1. Design and establish concrete level plan from paper to 3D block out2. Level scripting and set up using script based languages like UE4 blueprint3. Work alongside the art team to create the levels feel and overall composition4. Manage all design related assets and data associated with each assigned level5. Thoroughly understand level design pipeline from paper to final level6. Thoroughly understand the hardware limitations and how to design around limitations7. Work directly with other artists, designers, and engineers to complete levels**Minimum Qualifications:**Minimum Qualifications:8. Proven communication skills and experience interacting effectively9. 5+ years of industry experience working in games10. Gaming enthusiast11. Narrative and storytelling experience12. Experience Identifying design issues for level design and flow13. Experience with multi-tasking and adapting easily to change14. Experience shifting focus of work as needed15.
