Our role as the nation’s largest and most experienced Financial Management Service provider is to assist those eligible Medicaid recipients to choose and pay for their own support workers and services within their state-approved personalized budget.

We desire motivated candidates who are excited to join our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and who want to make a difference in helping transform the lives of the consumers we serve.**Duties & Responsibilities:**+ Oversee all activities on PPL’s digital strategy and brand across social media platforms.+ Create and develop scalable digital strategies to improve visibility, engagement and awareness.+ Produce an organized flow of social media content, relevant and valuable to PPL’s audiences.+ Create and maintain social content calendar as well as organization and flow of supporting visual digital assets.+ Oversee paid social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) and analyze ad performance.+ Manage website SEO, google analytics and google tag manager. Optimize website content for SEO performance and analyze results.+ Independent daily monitoring, internal distribution, and rapid response, (with guidance) to:+ Social media questions and comments about our programs, products, and services+ Better Business Bureau reviews and complaints+ Google Business reviews and questions+ Career portals/employment reviews+ Mobile app reviews+ Multiple shared marketing/customer service email accounts linked to incoming inquiries from specific programs and initiatives.+ Monitor, analyze and produce monthly reporting of PPL’s digital media presence:+ Inbound online feedback from all social channels+ Inbound websites “contact us” requests.+ Rating levels, and numbers of complaints/reviews+ Microsite traffic, tags and activity+ Competitor social activity and data+ Assist cross functional partners with marketing support requests.+ Other duties as assigned**Required Skills:**+ Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of questions and feedback.+ Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.+ Possess confidence to push back and challenge internal processes to deepen outstanding customer service.+ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.+ Outstanding attention to detail.+ Comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, quickly changing environment.+ Ability to analyze and present content and social performance.+ Familiarity with Hootsuite (or other social media posting platforms) preferred.+ Familiarity with marketing CRM systems, social media for business and SEO is a plus.+ Familiarity flowcode, google analytics, google tag manager and similar tools.+ Excitement for continual learning and monitoring social trends.+ Fluent in English required, bilingual a plus.**Qualifications:****Education & Experience:**+ Bachelor’s degree required+ Minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field+ Healthcare or benefits management experience is a plus**Working Conditions:**+ Remote Office Setting**Compensation & Benefits:**+ 401k Retirement Plan+ Medical, Dental and Vision insurance on first day of employment+ Generous Paid Time Off+ Employee Assistance Program and more!+ Base pay may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.+ Certain positions may also be eligible for a performance-based incentive as part of total compensation.**_The above is intended to describe the general contents and requirements of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
