IQVIA is the leading global provider of data, advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services for the life sciences industry.The DTC (Direct to Consumer) audience modeling and DTC audience data activation team sits within the larger Digital Media Data team and provides DTC audience data products that help provide relevant targeting for healthcare clients’ omnichannel campaigns.The **DTC Data and Activation** **Associate** helps onboard, manage, and grow ad tech and media partner relationships, and provide support to the customers of IQVIA DTC Audience product offerings. This individual will work closely with sales, client services and product and marketing teams to implement and grow the usage of the IQVIA DTC audience products within customer organizations and across multiple partners.From a pre-sales perspective, this role collaborates closely with go-to-market teams and may act as the liaison between the IQVIA’s sales/business development and production/operations teams including assisting with transition between pre-sales specifications and implementation with production/operations once contracts are executed. They are the primary responders to client, sales and product inquiries, in support of revenue generation with healthcare customers and media ecosystem partners.Products and services supported include: omnichannel direct-to-consumer (DTC) audience activation and DTC audience modeling for campaigns executed in digital, linear TV, online video, over-the-top (OTT) / connected TV (CTV), mobile, social, etc.**Essential Functions:**+ Maintain, develop and grow existing relationships with sales teams and other customer partners+ Manage all day-to-day interactions with the operation team for DTC audience products+ Build solid customer relationships and serve as a point person for customer inquiries+ Manage the operational deployment of DTC audiences to end-destinations and on-boarding of new clients+ Train clients on DTC audience product offerings, encourage the adoption of new features / enhancements and provide feedback internally on customer needs+ Troubleshoot and address issues around DTC audience deliveries+ Actively QA product delivery set-up across all partners and customers, including creating work orders for each request+ Identify growth opportunities with existing customers to grow DTC product monetization+ Assist sales teams and product teams by generating reports on DTC product utilization and product health reports+ Help GTM teams identify/qualify leads and support business development and sales activities+ Conduct research on prospect needs and DTC audience and channel recommendations (utilizing extended teams in consulting and/or offshore services as needed), to strategically propose the right solutions from the suite of DTC product offerings to meet sales and customer needs+ Respond to sellers’ inquiries for solutions and services in a timely, thorough manner+ Provide support to sales force where sales process requires a high level of technical proficiency and specialist knowledge around DTC audience products+ Recommend products as well as creating and conducting product presentations upon request of GTM teams+ Work closely with and provide feedback to Marketing, Product, Consulting, Service teams, and Sales to strengthen product offerings and capture additional business**Qualifications:**+ Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)+ 3-5+ years of related industry experience in programmatic advertising, digital media, AdTech or healthcare advertising or a combination of relevant advertising experience and healthcare (2+ years in account management, customer support, ad operations or pre-sales consulting preferred)+ Desire to work in a rapidly growing department+ Exceedingly organized with strong attention to detail, and flexible personality - able to adapt to often changing priorities and multi-task across large number of deliverables+ Proven ability to respond proactively to sales and customer questions, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence in presenting to clients+ Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities+ Positive, service-oriented personality+ Willingness to travel, as needed+ Experience troubleshooting technical issues and providing meaningful solutions and optimizations to clients to grow product revenue+ Ability to quickly learn and speak knowledgeably about supported products+ Highly self-motivated and energetic with a desire to grow within IQVIA+ High proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint\#digitalenablementIQVIA is a leading global provider of advanced analytics, technology solutions and clinical research services to the life sciences industry. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
