We champion our employees and celebrate our consumers.We are Revlon, together, transforming beauty.**Position Overview:**Responsible for managing Revlon CC & Tool GTM strategy development and execution plan at Mass retail customers nationally.**Major Duties:**+ Drives growth and development of assigned categories through the proposal and execution of the portfolio/product strategy and its promotional calendar.+ Responsible for Trade Activation lead across channels+ Product – NPD Sell-In Decks, Distribution Opportunity Sell-In Story+ Placement: Display/Merchandising Opportunities+ Supports Sr. Manager of Trade Marketing in setting channel activation strategies and priorities for the customer channel teams.+ Manages execution of drive period moments, to bring to life and support national brand priorities in store, across top retailers.+ Ensures successful implementation of the plan (on time & in budget)+ Works closely with respective brand leads within trade marketing team to ensure program execution seamlessly fits into the overall brand activation plans, to strengthen sell in acceptance with retailers.+ Partner with Sales and US Marketing team to develop impactful promotional, and marketing activation plans for customers to achieve sales objectives and differentiate our brands in the marketplace.+ Updates marketing materials such as display calendars and retailer activation calendars for internal publications and sell-in materials.+ Support sales sell-in story for retailer specific activation.+ Lead Innovation Sell-In story development for Revlon CC & Tools within Strategic Food (Kroger, HEB, Meijer), Broker, Dollar General, Rite-Aid, and Amazon.+ Coach and mentor junior members on the team**PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM INITIATION**+ Attends and actively participates within internal brand, sales, and GTM cross-functional calls+ Gain alignment from all cross-functional parties to ensure robust 360 activation plans**DISPLAY DEVELOPMENT**+ Active role in display strategy to amplify responsible drive periods and find efficiencies+ Manages communication and commitments across functional areas to limit unnecessary costs and drive efficiencies.+ Guides PRF/P&L development to kickoff with Sales and Operations.**CREATIVE**+ Partners across trade marketing team & respective brand, to create display themes based on national programming, product priorities, consumer insights, and retailer opportunities.+ Ensures all materials are on time for handoff to brand communications team for final artwork execution.+ Provides feedback on creative and ensures meets retailer guidelines & timelines**Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**+ 5+ years of experience in related role and or field+ Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint+ Strong interpersonal/collaboration skills+ Excellent communication skills essential (written and verbal skills)+ Strong organizational and project management skills+ Experience in coaching/managing others – coach and mentor junior members of the team+ Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment+ Preferred experience with US Mass retail environment**Education**+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or related field preferred\#LI-PD1The base pay range for this position in New York City is $100,000 - 125,000/ year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits.
