You will be responsible for developing, producing, and managing engaging content across various platforms, including photography, graphic design, writing, and video production, while ensuring brand consistency and optimizing content for performance and audience engagement. Your expertise in photography, graphic design, and storytelling will drive our marketing initiatives and contribute to our overall success.**Responsibilities:**+ Develop and create compelling content across various platforms, including social media, website, email marketing, and print materials.+ Utilize photography skills to capture high-quality images that align with our brand aesthetic and marketing goals.+ Design visually appealing graphics, including infographics, banners, social media posts, and promotional materials, using graphic design software.+ Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative content ideas and campaigns.+ Ensure all content is consistent with our brand guidelines and voice, maintaining a cohesive look and feel across all channels.+ Edit and enhance photos and videos using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.+ Write engaging and relevant copy for social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and other content formats.+ Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in content creation, photography, and graphic design.+ Manage and organize digital assets, maintaining an efficient workflow and file management system.+ Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize future content strategies and campaigns.+ Assist in planning and executing photoshoots and video productions, including setting up equipment, styling, and directing talent.+ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align content with business objectives and promotional efforts.**Qualifications:**+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Photography, or a related field, or equivalent experience.+ Proven experience as a Content Creator, with a strong portfolio showcasing photography and graphic design work.+ Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).+ Strong photography skills with experience in various types of photography, including product, lifestyle, and event photography.+ Solid understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and lighting techniques.+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.+ Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and a commitment to producing high-quality work.+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.+ Familiarity with social media platforms and their content requirements.+ Knowledge of video editing software and basic video production techniques is a plus.**Benefits:**• 11 Paid Holidays• 15 Paid Time Off (PTO) Days• Medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance• 401K with 6% company match• Employee Assistance Program• Employee Wellness Program• Bonus Programs• Onsite cafeteria with subsidized meals (La Porte Service Center)Join our SULZER team and contribute to our ongoing commitment to safety, innovation, and excellence in the rotating equipment industry.
