Web Content Specialist (REMOTE role)_

DescriptionICF seeks a Web Content Specialist to support a variety of services for a Bureau of Justice Assistance Technical Assistance program and other programs within our Justice Research and Victim Services Portfolio.Key Responsibilities:+ Maintain website content and assist with technology tasks.+ Provide technical support for delivery of webinars and virtual events using various platforms.+ Provide 508 document remediation for PDF, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.+ Support communication and marketing activities.+ Assist with email and digital marketing using an online marketing platform.+ Support learning management system implementation and administration.Required:+ Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, social services, marketing, criminal justice, or related discipline.+ 4 years + of experience supporting web content management, webinar technical support, and marketing.Preferred Skills/Experience:+ Experience with Zoom or Zoom for Government.+ Knowledge and applicability of Section 508 compliance.+ Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.+ Experience with Constant Contact or similar online marketing platforms.
