If you are customer-obsessed, data-driven, and marketing-minded, join us!As a leader on our Seller Marketing & Design team, the Sr. Marketing Analytics Manager will:- Build, improve, and evolve analytics systems to measure marketing impact and identify future opportunities and goals.- Define problem statements, build dashboards and reports, develop attribution frameworks, run experiments, and build customer segments.- Raise the bar on analysis and instrumentation throughout the funnel—from initial acquisition to lifecycle marketing and lifetime value.- Collaborate across data science, finance, engineering, and product teams.The ideal candidate is an expert in analytics tools, knowledgeable in marketing attribution methods and models, with some data science experience. We're looking for a strong track record of generating data-driven insights to guide marketing spend and deliver measurable results. The candidate should also model best practices in analytics, focusing on long-term scalability, and mentor others to do the same.Key job responsibilities• Provide regular digital channel performance recaps with metrics and insights.• Build dashboards and self-service tools for marketers.• Develop hypotheses, measurement frameworks, and experiments to enhance optimize marketing impact.• Solve complex problems with innovative analytics solutions.• Apply complex transformations within spreadsheets, SQL, etc., to generate recommendations.• Analyze inputs from industry trends, customer needs, market research, and media insights.• Measure and evaluate how marketing initiatives impact the customer experience and business outcomes.• Extract insights to inform campaign, product, and feature development.• Promote best practices in business analysis, SQL techniques, visualization, and insights generation.• Mentor and develop junior analysts and marketers.About the teamSeller Success Programs is part of the Selling Partner Services organization. Approximately 60% of all Amazon sales are from independent sellers. Their growth and success plays a major part in Amazon's legendary customer experience.Our vision is to ensure all business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs are aware of the opportunity to sell with Amazon, to enable them to launch through self-service registration, and to help them discover their personalized path to success.Basic Qualifications- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience- 3+ years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI experience- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders- Experience using BI Tools (Tableau, OBIEE, Business Objects, Cognos, MicroStrategy)- Experience with ExcelPreferred Qualifications- MBA- Experience with QuickSight dashboard and visual creation- Experience in online advertising/marketing/sales/digital media- Experience managing peopleAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
