DescriptionAs a Marketing Security Technical Program Manager (TPM) in the Marketing Technology and Measurement organization, you will play a crucial role in translating strategic goals into actionable plans and implementing efficient operational processes. Working collaboratively across teams, your responsibilities will include executing projects and implementing change strategies. Your role will involve continuous process improvement and staying updated on industry trends. You will also be responsible for building optimal processes by collaborating with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives. Overall, your expertise will drive strategic alignment, process efficiency, and successful project outcomes within our organization.This TPM is part of a team who owns the health and strategy for Marketing security and compliance, collaborating with multiple security and operations teams across AWS. You will assist with efforts to develop and implement processes, mechanisms, and frameworks for evaluating and enhancing security health. When we feel supported in the workplace and at home, there’s nothing we can’t achieve in the cloud.Key job responsibilities* Collaborate with senior leadership to translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans.* Optimize and implement operational processes aligned with strategic objectives.* Enhance existing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.* Identify and mitigate risks associated with strategic initiatives.* Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders for successful outcomes.* Adapt strategies to align with evolving business needs.* Act as a facilitator/trainer to enable team adoption of tools and processes.* Maintain responsibility for security health of Marketing platforms and applications.* Participate fully in planning for AWS Marketing’s security requirements and drive process improvement initiatives.* Support AWS Marketing teams with AppSec processes, including product and vendor security.* Build relationships and influence stakeholders across AWS security and Marketing teams.Basic Qualifications- 3+ years of technical product or program management experience- 2+ years of software development experience- 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedulesPreferred Qualifications- 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experienceAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
