Your ability to innovate will unlock new levels of creativity for our content creation partners, optimize business functions, and impact the experience and efficiency of our 3p partners around the world to delight Prime Video customers.Key job responsibilitiesYou will work at the intersection of Science and Engineering and push the boundaries of ML and Generative AI techniques in developing capabilities that delight and motivate our content creation partners to serve their content through Prime Video. The systems you develop will amplify customer acquisition, enhance customer engagement and optimize Prime Video's business functions and digital supply chain.About the teamWe are the Partner Experience organization in Prime Video, responsible for building cutting edge systems and experiences that enable best in class content management, monetization and analytics for tens of thousands of Prime Video’s 3p partners (Hollywood Studios, Media Houses, Post production houses, content creators).Basic Qualifications- 3+ years of building machine learning models for business application experience- PhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experience- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language- Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learningPreferred Qualifications- Experience with modeling tools such as R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, scipy etc.- Experience with large scale distributed systems such as Hadoop, Spark etc.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $150,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $260,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
