**Position Overview:**TheSenior Producer is responsible for establishing program best practices and efficient workflow across teams; supporting the opportunity engagement process from proposal through development, execution and reconciliation; identifying solutions and leveraging technologies that set our brand and program delivery apart from our competitors; and accountability for creating, managing and reconciling budgets.**Responsibilities:**+ Responsible for the planning and execution of corporate client events, association programs, consumer and experiential activations, sales kickoff meetings, product launches, marketing announcements, video shoots, investigator meetings, summits, roadshows and experiential activations.+ Works cross-functionally with teams (technical direction, AV, sales, strategy, design & creative, digital, operations, sponsorship, conference & events, expo, reg/housing/tech) to lead projects and/or multiple workstreams for General Sessions, Breakouts, and Content.+ Responsible for the management of project resources and vendors. Compiles project lifecycle plans, workflows, timelines, playbooks, and decks. Oversees onsite/virtual staffing and vendor management, signage and graphics development, video production, talent and rider management, scenic design and builds, content and asset management, speaker resource centers, speaker management, onsite rehearsal rooms, expo management and develops contingency plans.+ Builds out project team, assigns and monitors workload of staff. Develops engagement strategy for when/how to best involve the team keeping all utilization targets top of mind.+ Creates, maintains and reconciles full project and/or workstream budgets. Ensures project/workstream is within budget and meets or exceeds all profit margin goals. Keeps proactive eye on any deviations, escalating up to project lead and/or management. Manages vendor invoice/expense tracking.+ Guides clients through project's lifecycle, expertly coaching them on best practices, production, budget, timeline and key impacts.+ Collaborates with the Proposal, Sales, Operations, Creative, and C&E teams on the RFP process. Attends strategic planning and creative meetings, develops estimates and budgets, represents Production when pitching virtually or in person.+ Ensures flawless execution, quality of service and timely delivery of all necessary components for each event. Collaborates with other Sparks divisions and third-party suppliers to execute programs efficiently and respectfully.+ Negotiates contracts/agreements with third-party vendors and contingent talent.+ Leads department-wide internal initiatives.+ Participates in team recruiting efforts via the interview process. Assesses candidates, leads interviews, and provides critical, fair feedback.+ Mentors and supports department employees in developing their production skills and experience.+ Other duties as assigned.**Qualifications:**+ B.S. from four-year accredited college or university.+ 8 to 11 years’ experience in the brand experience industry specializing in creative & strategy, multi-dimensional design and program development and execution for Fortune 500 clients.+ Experience in sourcing and managing all aspects of live events, including AV for entertainment, general session and breakouts, onscreen content production, video production, exhibit and trade shows, graphics, event flow, creative, as well as sourcing and managing both US and international vendors.+ Experience with various projects types, including live event, consumer marketing, web, mobile, video, brand, and strategic consulting.+ Experience in content development (event theme/messaging, speaker support, video, web/social media, mobile apps, live demo a plus).+ Ability to translate a creative concept into a real-life brand experience and to define solutions that will generate measurable results for the client.+ Strong presentation, verbal and written skills.+ Ability to think quickly under pressure, as well as motivate and engage the team to produce the best possible results.+ Proven experience managing million-dollar accounts successfully.+ Excellent problem solving and challenge resolution skills.+ Diplomacy and tact in challenging situations and in dealing with many personality types and working styles.+ Proven leadership, team-building, and customer service skills.+ Excellent negotiation skills (especially contract negotiations) with both clients and partners.+ Proven computer skills in all MS Office programs+ Travel is required based on program and organizational responsibilities and need.+ Work hours are typically Monday - Friday, but extended business hours and weekends will be required.**Company Overview:**Sparks is a live + digital brand experience agency.
