Job Title: Social Media SpecialistLocation: Bellevue, WA 98006Duration: 04 Months ContractClient Domain: TelecommunicationsDescription:As a Social Media Sr Specialist, you will play a pivotal role by engaging with our social communities each day, while also looking for fourth-wall breaking opportunities to elicit engagement across social media.Will be supporting Brand Marketing, leading social media brand engagement across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and supporting creative copywriting for brand social.We are looking for someone who is obsessed with pop culture, social media trends and user consumption behaviors.This role will require cross-team collaboration with both customer care and social teams each day.The right candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to present big, bold ideas that are grounded in social media insights and learnings, cultural relevance, and resonate with a large-scale audience.What you'll do in your role:Maintain a pulse on all client's conversations on social media, both on and off our owned channels, to deliver best-in-class community engagement in real-timeShare and create internet-breaking ideas that leverage analytics, cultural relevance, and is buzz worthyMaintain a daily pulse on social media and cultural trends to ensure brand responses are fresh, relevant, and engaging - while adhering to best practices across channels and the client's social brand voiceModerate our owned social channels to ensure we maintain a self and welcoming environment, for allContent creation focused on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X and ThreadsAs a voice of client, you will be expected to be a creative thinker when it comes to social media copywriting, ensuring we are following best practicesWork daily in our social media tools including Airtable and Sprinklr for filters, tagging, and improvements to ensure our content calendar is efficient and we are executing target timelinesContribute to weekly and monthly reports to highlight engagement wins, community insights and learnings, engagement metrics, and potential opportunities.Qualifications:2-3 years working in a fast-paced, high-volume corporate, agency, or media environment with responsibility for social media and community managementExpert in brand social accounts such as Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Threads, with working knowledge of Facebook, Snap, and LinkedIn.Passion for creating/editing social media content, including proficient skills in Adobe tools, and even getting in front of the camera yourselfSocial media and internet culture obsessed, while keeping a strong pulse on emerging social platformsProficient in MS Office Suite and project management tools (i.e., Microsoft Teams and Airtable)Strong presentation and ad-hoc report skills to communicate with a wide-range of internal partners quickly and effectivelySeeks engagement opportunities that align with our brand, and capitalize on a reactive trend, brand, or personalities on and off our owned social media platformsMindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of - Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.
