Our downtown Chicago association client is seeking a Marketing Manager w/ Workfront to join their team on a freelance basis covering a mat leave, 40 hours per week.\ \ This role can be fully remote, but it is highly preferred for this person to be able to come onsite to their downtown Chicago office occasionally. (ideally 1x a week on Wednesdays)\ \ Marketing Manager Capabilities:\ + Proficient in WORKFRONT\ + At least 5 years of experience\ + Experience executing successful marketing campaigns.\ + Ability to assess KPIs, evaluate ROI, optimize campaigns based on data.\ + Project management skills, w/ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines\ + Ability to work effectively with cross- functional teams\ \ Marketing Manager Responsibilities:\ + Will spearhead the development, execution, and optimization of strategic, multi-tiered marcom plans for assigned programs, products, and events.\ + Manager will establish strategic goals, develop KPIs, and manage marketing channels such as social media, web, print, video content, as well as tactics like on-site branding.\ + Execute/manage budgets for assigned programs, products, and events; invoice processing , coding\ + Collaborate with the assigned Marketing Specialist to execute plans, budgets, and Go-To-Market strategies.\ + Manage media launch points, confirm paid placements, and analyze data.\ + Lead collaborative discussions with cross-functional teams for comprehensive marketing plans.\ + Obtain necessary approvals from the Marketing Director and Partners, ensure strategic consultation, scheduling, proofing, and data analysis for digital marketing components.\ + Measure success, evaluate ROI, and provide insights into strategic marketing campaigns by assessing KPIs and analyzing data using Adobe Analytics and Iterable.\ \ \ \ Creative Circle\'s Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
