The Marketing Specialist is an account and project management position.ResponsibilitiesThis position will support 2-3 divisions, as the go-to project lead of their day-to-day marketing needs. Below is a snapshot of marketing projects you will manage:Community launchesRealtor outreachQuick move-in home announcementsSales center touch screen presentationsFloor plan/rendering productionNew Sales Center production and install managementIn addition to day-to-day project management, client management is also a part of this role, like managing client calls and status reports.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related field. Minimum of 1-2 years professional experienceMust demonstrate good interpersonal, professional, and strong communication skillsMust have excellent organizational skills and flexibility to quickly adapt to new assignments and deadlinesMust be successful in managing and meeting project deadlinesPosition is based full-time at corporate officeReal estate and/or new home building marketing experience is a plusAccount management experience within an advertising or marketing agency is a plusProject management skills, including strong problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented, reliable and organizedDeadline drivenActive communicationBenefits & Perks!While we value hard work, we also recognize the importance of having fun!
