Thorne Crest is looking for a Director of Marketing and Sales! This position is the heart of the Thorne Crest community, as you'll keep the upcoming, potential residents engaged and looking for more of what Thorne Crest has to offer if they become residents! This position is great for someone with an outgoing, friendly personality; along with great customer service skills! As the Director of Marketing and Sales, you'll develop, coordinate, direct, and administer our campus's marketing, sales and public relations programs and services. The Marketing Director plans events, education and promotions for prospective residents and resident families; cultivates prospects and referral sources; coordinates the move-in of new residents and helps plan marketing events for prospects. Performs all job functions in accordance with ABHM and Community mission, core values, strategic plan, resources, policies, procedures, and regulations. Salary starts at $56,160/annually + opportunity for commission beyond that! Pay goes up based on prior experience! Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM Amazing benefit packages including health, dental, life, and much more! PTO accrual starting from day 1! Access to our on-site fitness center and pool! What You Need: Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, social services, or other related field; Minimum five (5) years of prior marketing and sales experience required, with senior living sales experience preferred, or equivalent combination of training and experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills!
