We are looking for a digital marketing coordinator that can increase our brand’s presence and build our sales pipeline by increasing website traffic and qualified inbound leads.

We are B2B/B2Gov SaaS with 1-5 year contracts.
Examples of our target markets are nonprofit certification boards and government agencies in charge of exams like civil service or professional licensure.Summary Objectives
Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, website content, email marketing, and social mediaWork with and manage our team of product experts and industry thought leaders to expand our digital presenceMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted contentBrainstorm new and creative growth strategiesAssist the sales team with communications and conversions of inbound leads

Social MediaManagement of LinkedIn company pageGrowing your network and share posts to enhance our brand, drive traffic to our website, and generate qualified leadsContent and websiteWebsite marketing pages - improve messaging from functionality to benefitsManage our extensive blog of industry and academic articles, and expand to increase trafficImprove our backlink profile, such as ensuring we are up to date on relevant sites like Capterra and G2.Email MarketingSend announcements and promotional emails to our opt-in list of 10k+.Improve our email automation and drips from lead magnetsTargeted email to past inquiries and opt-ins to convert into warm leadsDigital marketingCoordinate press releases (rare)Help us et articles in Forbes, Medium, or other publications.Help our leadership get on podcastsManage our own podcastCoordinate instructional videos by our staff and post them on YouTubeCoordinate webinars, edit videos, post on YouTube and also podcast channel.Coordinate conferences and trade organization membershipAssist sales team to convert leadsTrack leads in our CRM, including status and opportunity amountCoordinate demonstrations with product experts for qualified leadsPrepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing and sales activities, including ROIs and KPIsSkills and qualifications
Experience in strategy and management of digital marketingExperience with social media management for B2B/B2Gov SaaSStrong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovationExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departmentsAbility to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trendsStrong project management and managerial skillsDesire to
grow your network and personal brand on linkedinExperience in using Wordpress to manage contentExperience with a CRM and email management software, such as Zoho or HubspotPreferred qualifications
In-depth knowledge of current digital trendsProficiency in multimedia editing software (e.g., Canva)Experience with SEO strategy and keyword researchExperience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Search ConsoleAnalytical mind, with a passion for measuring data

Additional information
$15-25 per hour (we anticipate this position being outside the USA, fully virtual)This position has no supervisory responsibility.This job operates in a professional, casual dress, office environment.
