Now hiring a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager for a highly collaborative, nimble, and entrepreneurial team in the apparel industry. This role is integral to driving the overall growth and success of our business, partnering with internal teams and external agencies to manage all paid digital channels. A strong background in e-commerce and a knack for strategy, implementation, measurement, and meta-experience is a must.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee performance marketing across various digital channels, including paid search, paid social, CTV, and affiliate.Communicate priorities to external agencies and ensure seamless execution.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure creative content and copy are current and optimized for each channel to effectively reach target audiences and drive sales goals.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify trends and opportunities, and provide insights to improve ROAS and achieve acquisition and retention goals. Adapt strategies swiftly for optimal results.Deliver consistent and actionable performance analysis, reporting, and insights to inform future strategies.Stay abreast of industry trends, ad formats, and emerging technologies, incorporating them into paid media strategies.Develop and manage the annual performance marketing budget across multiple paid channels to ensure optimal performance and ROAS.Identify strategic opportunities for channel expansion and present effective cases and roadmaps for new channels.Undertake additional projects as needed to support business goals.RESPONSIBILITIES
4+ years of e-commerce experience, with direct management of paid media in the fashion/luxury market.Proven experience in meta-advertising is required and affiliate marketing is advantageous.Highly strategic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven with a growth-oriented mindset. Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and Slides for data analysis and communication.Impeccable attention to detail, deadlines, and accuracy. Ability to consistently communicate and follow up on priorities.Able to thrive in a dynamic, often ambiguous environment, handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.Possesses an analytical and inquisitive mind, always looking for areas needing improvement.
