Growth Marketing Manager
to lead the development, execution, and optimization of all B2B demand generation, nurture, and paid programs. We're looking for someone with a demonstrated track record of success in B2B Growth Marketing, with the ability to deeply understand the fintech and buyer decision journey.
Job Responsibilities
Recommend and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive continual improvements in lead conversion rates, close rates, and funnel velocity.Contribute to the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, digital advertising, events, and more. Monitor campaign performance and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Utilize marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo, or similar) and analytics platforms to track, measure and optimize campaign performance conversion rates and ROI.Source and curate content for our website, newsletters, blog articles, drip marketing, and sales materials.Partner cross functionally with internal teams including Sales, Go-To-Market Operations, Customer Success, Product, and Design on ideation through execution activities.Qualifications
3+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a preference for backgrounds in financial services and/or technologyExperience testing and optimizing campaigns - data focused and very hands on in the toolsExperience with modern marketing tech such as Marketo, Pardot, Braze, or HubspotHighly creative with experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate customersA detailed understanding of fintech and the payments landscape, or the ability to learn quicklyStrong communication and collaboration skillsOwnership mindset - caring about seeing projects through from start to finishEmpathy and humilityExpected Salary Range:
$71,000 - $85,000 USD
