The Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting with the branch's social media accounts, creating content that boosts a brand and is trendy, creating flyers and images, and managing events. You will work closely with the branch manager on the vision and make creative suggestions to boost engagement, push out creative content and help manage events. This person may also help with various other marketing tasks including gifting and PowerPoint presentations. Responsibilities: • Manage social media accounts • Create ideas and content that create brand awareness • Support the branch with various events and gifting ideas • Manage analytics of posting and engagement activity and offer ideas to increase it • Create content for social media, email blasts, mailers, and gifting • Set up PowerPoint presentations for various events and meetings Qualifications: • High School or equivalent • Minimum of 3 years experience in Marketing • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills, ability to work well under pressure and adjust to varying workload • Must be independent, self-motivated, and organized • Must be high-energy and have a positive attitude • Excellent with social media and creating content • Ability to be creative and come up with content for marketing purposes Compensation: $55,000+ DOE
