The Marketing Communications Manager role is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team and drive the external and internal communication and marketing strategies of Silvester & Company. As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing and communication strategy that elevates our brand, engages our audience, and supports our business objectives. As the primary voice and leader of marketing for our firm, you will have the chance to make a significant impact in a small business where everything you do matters. This is not a maintenance role. You will be expected to be self-directed, highly engaged ,creative, and proactive in taking our marketing to the next level. You will work closely with the senior partners and the rest of the team to ensure that our marketing efforts reflect our values, mission, and expertise.
