**Required Education/Experience**+ Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of work experience.**Relevant Work Experience**+ 2 years Experience with energy efficiency and/ or demand management, energy, utility, buildings, real estate data, and knowledge of industry best practices and data standards. Required+ 2 years Experience in a data & analytics, or data visualization role or similar. Required+ 2 years Experience in a role managing a team or leading a business function. Required+ Business savvy. Demonstrated understanding of marketing, sales, operations, budgets and forecasting. Required+ Demonstrated ability to manipulate, organize, and present data clearly to various audiences. Required+ Experience running queries and using data tools and analytics platforms to transform large or complex data to usable insights and information. Required+ Understanding and knowledge of databases, data management best practices, SQL queries. Required+ Excellent written and oral communication, including data visualization. Required+ Analytical and critical thinker with demonstrated problem-solving skills and creativity. Required+ Ability to drive results by working collaboratively with various levels of stakeholders. Required+ Agility in learning and application of knowledge quickly, and iteratively. Required+ Ability to translate business needs into data requirements. Required+ Familiarity with BI platforms like Power BI, Oracle BI, tableau, or similar.
