Responsibilities
Assist with developing and executing creative social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter) and LinkedInContribute to the creation of engaging captions, content, and written posts on social media that speak to the firm's target audienceHelp manage our social media content calendar to ensure timely publication and consistent messagingSupport the planning and execution of live sessions and virtual events to enhance community interaction and engagementCraft and distribute email newslettersHelp track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalabilityRespond to comments and DMs on social media platformsPerform social media marketing researchBrainstorm and research ideas for original contentProvide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of marketing initiativesQualifications
Must be available to start in August 2024 and commit to working a minimum of 15-20 hours per week with occasional work at our office as neededEnthusiasm and passion for social media and digital marketingStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empatheticallyProficiencyinemail marketing platforms such as Mailchimp is preferredFamiliarity with social media platforms and trendsExperience with content creation is a plusAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment whilemaintaininga positive and collaborative attitude.You are a quick learner and appreciate excellence.A passion forworking with others to deliver a positive experience and respect, appreciate, and understand how we work together internally has a direct impact on how we are perceived externally.Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or Communications is preferredWhy Join Viles & Beckman?
