Lead UX Design Efforts Ensure high quality and high velocity design output for your self and the teamCollaborate Work closely with product managers developers marketing and other stakeholders to integrate UX design into the product development processDesign Execution Guide the team in creating wireframes prototypes user flows and high fidelity designs that effectively communicate design conceptsUsability Testing Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design solutions and identify areas for improvementEnsure Consistency Maintain guidelines to ensure a consistent user experience across all productsProject Management Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery of design assets and adherence to project timelinesKEY SKILL:
Candidates should have consumer product design experience.
UX design candidates need to have demonstrated experience with and ability to create products for end consumers. This is a critical requirement.Qualifications:
Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design Human Computer Interaction Interaction Design or a related fieldExperience Minimum of 12 years of experience in UX design with at least 8 years in a leadership or management rolePortfolio A strong portfolio demonstrating your UX design skills and successful project outcomesProficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD InVision or similarExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem solving skills with a keen eye for detailAbility to work collaboratively in a fast paced cross functional environment
