CAS is currently seeking a Marketing Applications Business Analyst for our Marketing team. This position will be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

Job Accountabilities:

Responsible for administering key marketing applications, ensuring contract procurement, user support, product updates, and the application's day-to-day operations are in order.Working with business and technology stakeholders to implement new solutions and updates.Providing first and second-level problem resolution to end users.Ownership of an applications library within marketing ensuring thorough and current documentation of key informationConduct reviews on business process and application utility across the suite of marketing applications ensuring utility and value requirements are being reachedLead and manage change efforts for business process changes, leading to more efficient and value-driven results.Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and desired outcomes.Serve as a subject matter expert (SME), super-user, and product evangelist for various applications across marketing and sales.As needed, provide data and metrics to compile reports from various applications to drive data-driven decisions.Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in technology, marketing or related field or equivalent combination of experience and certification in related discipline(s). Advanced degree preferred.5 or more years of experience with using a sales or marketing tools such as Eloqua, Salesforce.com, Google Analytics, and/ or any equivalent CRM, MAT, ERP, or digital marketing tool.Experience with ACS or CAS business data and strong knowledge of CAS customers and related account, contact, usage and/or behavioral data. Understanding of CAS markets, solutions, and associated customer positioning is a plus.Demonstrated active problem-solving skills. Ability to take complex challenges and break them down to create and implement actionable plans.Highly developed collaboration, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to translate complex situations into understandable findings and actionable recommendations for business partners and leaders.Ability to adjust to change, deal with ambiguity, surmount barriers, and demonstrate a solutions-focused focus, with a passion for innovation, discovery, and continual improvement.
