Detailed Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of O365, SharePoint, Clienture, and .NET technologies, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business requirements into technical solutions, lead the team, and ensure successful project delivery. Candidate have to connect with client and provide the training and support on SharePoint sites.
Responsibilities:Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, processes, and challenges. Elicit, analyze, and document functional requirements.Solution Clienthitecture: Design and develop robust and scalable solutions leveraging O365, SharePoint, Clienture, and .NET technologies. Ensure alignment with business objectives and technical standards.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and support. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation. Effectively manage project scope and risks.Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical expertise in O365, SharePoint, Clienture, and .NET technologies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.Implementation and Support: Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption.
