Key Responsibilities:

Content Writing:

Craft engaging, high-quality content tailored to each client's brand voice and target audience.

Community Management:

Foster and manage online communities, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Content Calendar:

Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent and strategic posting across all social media platforms.

Client Meetings:

Lead regular meetings with clients to discuss strategy, performance, and upcoming initiatives.

Brainstorming:

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to generate innovative ideas and campaigns that drive engagement and growth.

Managing Multiple Accounts:

Oversee multiple client accounts, ensuring each one receives the attention and strategy it deserves.

Attention to Detail:

Ensure all content and communications are accurate, on-brand, and free of errors.

Brand Personas:

Develop and maintain detailed brand personas to guide content creation and community management.

Passion for Technology:

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in technology and social media.

Brand Voice Creation:

Establish and refine brand voices for clients, ensuring a cohesive and authentic presence across all platforms.

Asset Production:

Work closely with the creator team to produce visual and multimedia assets that complement and enhance written content.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in a B2B setting.

Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Experience with content creation tools and software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
