Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively to solve complex design challenges and create intuitive digital experiencesProduce high-quality UI/UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, user flows, and prototypesConduct research activities including usability analysis, competitive analysis, and user testing to validate assumptions and uncover areas of opportunity or unmet needsPresent design concepts and solutions to stakeholders with confidence and clarityDevelop, implement, and champion user-centered design principles, patterns and style guides, in concert with Cinch brand standards and relevant legal and accessibility standards, to ensure consistency across all productsLeverage user data and A/B testing results to refine and optimize our productsStay up to date on emerging UI/UX design trends, techniques, and technologiesFacilitate design thinking exercises for cross-functional teamsWork closely with development teams to see concepts and designs through to realityRequirements:
5-8 years of hands-on UX/UI design experience with ability to manage projects independentlyA strong portfolio of successful UX and other design projectsProficiency with design tools (i.e. Figma) to deliver concepts and enable successful collaboration across teamsFluency with UX research tools (UserTesting, Userlytics, etc.) and techniquesExperience designing for cross channel e.g. responsive web and native mobile interfacesWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end code frameworksFamiliarity with working in an established design system and agile development teamsAdept at navigating and leveraging a heavily cross-functional environmentAbility to provide and receive constructive design feedbackExpertise in communication and storytellingFacility with analyzing and interpreting data
