Summary:
We are looking for a talented Senior UX Designer to join our team and shape the future of our technology stack. This role is ideal for someone who excels in creative problem-solving, effective communication, and collaboration in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:Lead design thinking across multiple product releases and platforms.Enhance user experiences based on feedback.Collaborate with UX Lead, Researchers, and Product Owners to understand user needs.Conduct and lead UX activities like research, interviews, and workshops.Translate research into practical user experiences.Requirements:
5+ years as a UX Designer in a software engineering team.Strong expertise in User Interface Design, Interaction Design, and UX processes.Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.Experience leading full lifecycle design projects.Background in typography, data visualization, and digital design.
