Edelman is a voice synonymous with trust, reimagining a future where the currency of communication is action. Our culture thrives on three promises: boldness is possibility, empathy is progress, and curiosity is momentum.

At Edelman, we understand diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) transform our colleagues, our company, our clients, and our communities. We are in relentless pursuit of an equitable and inspiring workplace that is respectful of all, reflects and represents the world in which we live, and fosters trust, collaboration and belonging.

At Edelman, we are in relentless pursuit of an equitable, impactful, respectful, and culturally curious workplace that drives innovative thinking, cultivates diverse ideas, and promotes true collaboration among our employees and our partners. Each day and on each project, our goal is to ensure that our colleagues bring who they are to our firm - shaping cultural moments and movements at Edelman, with our clients and for society.

Sure, public relations is part of who we are, but in recent years we've changed. We're a next generation agency where you have the freedom to do great innovative work and achieve professional fulfillment. Today, we have a strong creative team, outstanding planning capabilities, deep data expertise, and an outstanding digital team that is looking to take communications to the next step.

Our focus on continuous improvement challenges our people to always think creatively and encourages them to learn from successes as well as from what didn't work so well. We encourage our employees to get comfortable with being uncomfortable because that's when the magic often happens. We don't like "yes" people - we celebrate those who engage in honest discussion and debate. Every day, we strive to live and work by a long-held set of core values: the pursuit of excellence, the freedom to be curious, the courage to do the right thing, and a commitment to improving society.

Is this the right place for you? If you like what you've read so far there's a good chance. There is no single type of person at Edelman. We celebrate diversity - of culture, background, experience and thought - and recognize it as a powerful driver of great work. We know we are at our very best when our teams collaborate across not only geographies, practices, and expertise, but also personal points of view.

In short, we hire people that are smart, passionate and curious, and then give them the independence and mentorship they need to flourish. Think you've got the chops? Read on.
