Global Programs Marketing Specialist II - REMOTE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Support project management efforts for Global Webinars and Roadshows by coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, milestones and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule• Assisting with webinar and roadshow event activation across our marketing channels; paid, organic, email, sales outreach and social• Global webinar execution using the On24 webinar platform and maintenance of our webinar hub (platform training provided)• Manage the distribution and upload of leads into Salesforce generated by different marketing tactics and channels to ensure appropriate follow up and validation.• Help with building and maintaining our global field standardization program guide, 'Anything in a Box'

TECHNOLOGY SKILLS:• Marketing automation, webinar & CRM platforms (knowledge of Marketo, On24 and Salesforce preferred)• Data management tools (Tableau, 6sense, experience highly desirable)• Proficiency with Excel• Strong analytical abilities. Manipulating data, analyzing outcomes, and scoping out key insights to establish continuous optimization.
