We're looking for an innovative, culture-obsessed candidate who can support the Brand Marketing team in meeting our goals for engagement, community growth, and entertainment. As the Social Media Manager, you will work under the supervision of the Director of Digital Strategy and support activity across all StockX social platforms, with a focus on our priority channels: Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

What you'll doResponsible for delivering a social-first approach to StockX through entertaining and iconic content that people want to engage with and share with their friendsWill lead the messaging and content strategy to support company initiatives (releases, partnerships, leadership news, etc.)Will manage all social media content calendars and will be responsible for the proactive ideation and creation of contentWill own channel publishing and community management, both natively (in-app) and through management tools like EmplifiProject management of all social media initiatives, like campaign rollouts, video shoot productions, and day-to-day administrative needsWeekly, monthly, and quarterly analytics reporting, providing clear insights to working teams, setting realistic project goals, and creating up-to-date benchmarkingWork cross-functionally to support extended StockX teams with their messaging goals. This may include Public Relations, Product, Engineering, Customer Service, and Operations.Will work closely with our Creative partners, briefing needs for video and static contentCreating content (photo, video, or other graphic designs) to support on-site content coverage of events and activationsWill educate the working team on evolving best practices across all social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Discord)Will oversee any social media freelancers or interns that might support our teamAbout you

4-6 years of social media experience at a major brand or creator account. Preferred industries are sports, gaming, tech, lifestyle, and retailYou're chronically online with a strong pulse of trends across both general and niche audiencesVideo portfolio that includes long and short-form contentVideo production experience and are deeply familiar with editing and creator tools for social platformsAbility to work and create against a high-output content strategyDeep understanding of key short-term and long-term KPIs and measuring social successA proficient writer with a strong understanding of how audiences speak on the internet; a written test will be requiredPassionate about current culture: sports, fashion, entertainment, music, and artBachelor's degree is preferred in Communications, English, Business, Sports Marketing, or related fieldNice to have skills

Pursuant to the various pay transparency laws/acts, the base salary range is $70,000 to $90,000 plus opportunities for benefits (e.g., medical, dental), equity and discretionary bonuses. Compensation is dependent on geography and may vary.
