Seeking a Fire Sprinkler Design Manager to manage project schedules and assign jobs to team members to ensure that fabrication and installation timelines can be met.Design fire sprinkler systems and manage a team of designers.Management and full oversite of the Fire Sprinkler Design DepartmentManaging a team of designers while mentoring, training, developing, and coaching each member to grow and excelProviding technical expertise to your team and other departments and team leaders throughout the organizationManage project schedules and assign jobs to team members to ensure that fabrication and installation timelines can be metManage communication with the Project Managers and Customers to ensure that information is shared correctly and timely for on time completionDesign fire sprinkler systemsQualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.College or technical school certification preferred.1-3 years minimum experience with AutoCAD and SprinkCAD software.Microsoft Office skills, Outlook, Word, Excel for calculations and organizationAble to read engineer/design, architectural, and structural blueprints.Fundamental understanding of general construction methods, practices, and terminologySkilled time management with ability to prioritize tasks and consistently complete projects accuratelyMust be able to multi-task, show attention to detail and demonstrate problem-solving skillsGood communication skills, both oral and written, when working with all levels of management and employees, clients, external vendors and other business associatesBe proactive with enthusiasm and determination to improve yourself, the process and business where possibleEscalate any errors or omissions you might encounterSelf-confidence, self-motivated, self-starterNeat, clean, professional appearanceIntegrity, honest, and fairness with self and othersHigh level of self-discipline, motivation, and ability to operate in a team environment.Able to sit at a computer for long periods at a timeMust adhere to all company policy and proceduresMostly quiet office environment with moderate noise with computers, printers, and light trafficOffice expectations to work well with other colleagues, and carry out all tasks in a professional manner and effectively communicate with both internal and external partiesOccasional lifting of up to 25 pounds, stooping, bending, reaching, and stretching occur dailyProfessional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipmentBenefits:
