Covid vaccines are required for employment; medical exemptions accepted.Summary Active member of the management team and assists the Executive Director with the management of the community. Responsible for growing occupancy and revenue as well as managing all aspects of the sales efforts in the community. Achieve and exceed budgeted census for the community. Represents the residence in a positive light, maintaining favorable relationships with hospitals, local physicians, and other marketing and referral sources.Essential Functions, Duties And Responsibilities The essential duties and responsibilities described below are representative of those an associate may encounter while performing the basic functions of this position.Promote the mission and core values of the Residence and LCB Senior Living to residents, visitors, co-workers, and the surrounding community.Lead the sales process to drive occupancy and revenue. Minimum of 4 close a month is the basic expectation in a community.Establish and maintain continuing favorable relationships through outreach with social service departments, hospitals, physician offices, and other marketing and referral sources.Initiate and coordinate visits by influential individuals or groups to the community for planned visits, tours, meetings, etc.Coordinate and manage community internal and external marketing events.Communicate with residence staff regarding current status and goals of the census.Maintain current knowledge of programs and regulations affecting inquiry, occupancy, and vacating procedures.Participate in local community organizations on a regular basis.Show initiative in responding to market and developing unique products and procedures.Communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) in English.Job Duties Monthly

Plans and coordinates lead generating events each month.Coordinates new resident move-in process with support of management team.Meets monthly budget targets.Provide monthly sales and/or customer service training to concierges and managers.Job Duties Ongoing

Analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the community compared to competitors.Identifies primary and secondary markets with appropriate sales strategies.Maintains a detailed competitor comparative analysis.Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.Experience: Requires at least two years of occupancy/marketing/admissions experience or sales background, preferably in the health care or service industry.Certificates/Licenses: Valid driver’s license in the state employed is required.Employment Type:
