The designer will integrate with cross-functional teams across all parts of Zebra’s business, practicing design thinking and evangelizing a human-centered design approach to ensure Zebra’s solutions offer a best-in-class experience for our customers. The designer will look to support a variety of technical deliverables ranging from information architecture, workflow diagrams, wireframes, and pixel-perfect production UI specifications.ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with Senior Designers to generate concept solutions to design problems.Support all stages of the design development process from customer research, concept development, prototyping, and execution.Present concepts to internal designers for feedback.Basic understanding of interaction design, visual design, design systems, and other related design skills.Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.Key Skills And CompetenciesDemonstrate ability to analyze complex problems with a passion for user-centric design.Ability to identify usability and apply design thinking methodologies.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Miro to create interactive prototypes, wireframes, and workflows.Experience in rapid prototyping and iteration to test and validate design solutions with end users.Effective oral, written, visual communication, and presentation skills with cross-functional partners.QualificationsNone
