The future of work is here, and it's at Cresta.About the role: We’re looking for an exceptional, results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to drive our social media marketing strategies and enhance our brand presence across social media platforms. This role reports directly to the Sr. Content Marketing Manager and you’ll collaborate closely with our Demand Generation, Sales Development, and Marketing Operations teams to create compelling content that supports our business objectives and drives engagement. Above all, this person is super creative, passionate about social media, and ready to shape a brand voice and presence across social channels.The Social Media Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing our content strategy across various digital platforms. With a focus on social media, this role will require creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for storytelling. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong ability to write compelling content and analyze its performance.Responsibilities:

Manage and own our social media presence across all platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.)Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and contentPrepare regular reports on social media performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvementStay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into content strategiesDevelop, schedule, and publish engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and business goalsDrive internal communications and encourage employee advocacy regarding social media strategies and updatesWrite, edit, and proofread a variety of content types, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website copyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content supports marketing campaigns and business objectivesHelp to develop executive profiles by shaping POVs and developing content off of internal meetings, press meetings, etc.Qualifications We Value:

2+ years of digital marketing or content work experienceWorking knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analyticsExcellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in storytelling, writing, editing, and researchStrong organizational and project management skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamCompensation: Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits.
