Description:

IVA'AL Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Writer to support the contract with DHS Office of Vulnerability Management. This is a remote position with occasional on-site meeting attendance required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving, technical writing and communication skills. Prior experience writing cyber technical papers a plus.

The Senior Technical Writer will support all program management efforts (e.g., budgets, staffing and contracting efforts) and contribute to the development of workflow documentation (e.g., SOP, work instructions, etc.).

This is a part-time position working between 25-30 hours per week. Compensation based on experience and overall strength of the candidate. This position will allow participation in our 401k retirement savings plan with match.

Qualifications:Must be a US CitizenClearance: Public Trust required; Secret preferredMinimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited academic institution recognized by the US Department of EducationMinimum 3 - 5 years experience writing technical documentsExperience working in government IT and cybersecurity environments in US civilian government or other federal government agenciesExperience in development of workflow documentation development required (e.g. SOP, work instructions, etc.)EEO Statement
