The expected salary range for this position is $115,600.00 - $144,500.00. This group is focused on ideating, testing, creating, and scaling new products and innovations to release exponentially more children from poverty. In this role you will lead marketing efforts for an exciting, lovable new product. You will help the team bring it successfully to market and resonate with its target customers. This includes driving go-to-market strategy and executing on the details to deliver a best-in-class launch and campaigns.What will you do?

Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, maintains a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of Compassion, and faithfully upholds Compassion’s ministry in prayer.Acts as an advocate to raise the awareness of the needs of children. Understands Christ’s mandate to protect children. Commits to and prioritizes child protection considerations in all decision-making, tasks and activities across the ministry. Abides by all behavioral expectations in Compassion’s Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct. Reports any concerns of abuse, neglect or exploitation of children through Compassion’s internal reporting process and appropriately supports responses to incidents if they occur.Uphold and engage in Compassion’s core Cultural Behaviors.Deeply understand and articulate the target customer; obsessively understand new and competitive products, trends, and opportunities.Generate innovative marketing and communication ideas.Define, manage, and execute marketing strategies for new product initiatives including: audience definition, product positioning, comms architecture, and launch marketing strategy.Reach new customer groups with creative and unconventional marketing methods.Collaborate with creative/design to create collateral that excites and connects with customers.Partner with UX Research to create and maintain detailed voice of the customer data and insights.Leads stakeholder groups to identify shared needs and to collaborate on shared solutions that enable the release of the most children possible.Collaborate with other product marketing partners to ensure clear and holistic plans that factor in other areas of Compassion.Oversees relations with external agencies as needed; providing guidance, research, or other applicable study results to ensure success of initiatives.What do you bring?

7+ years of product management experienceStrong passion for working backwards from the customerExperience in marketing consumer products at large scale (millions of users)Experience in a startup environment and unconventional marketing methods.Experience partnering with product, engineering, and design teamsExperience working on multiple concurrent projects and in an Agile environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills.Equivalent education, training and/or certification may be substituted for experience and education shown above.Will you travel?
