page to learn more about Tapestry's commitment to equity, inclusion, and diversity.Position Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Manager, Wholesale to lead the development and execution of comprehensive seasonal marketing strategies that enhance the brand's image and drive best-in-class customer experiences across the Coach North America Wholesale channel.This candidate will be responsible for the creation and implementation of marketing plans for our retailer partners, execution of media network strategy, and management of co-op budgets specific to each. This role requires digital marketing expertise, creativity, strong communication skills, partner management, and the ability to effectively navigate a senior leadership team. Reports to Director, Consumer Experience.Duties and Responsibilities:

Build, manage and maintain relationships with key wholesale partners while acting as a brand guardian and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.Play a pivotal role in orchestrating seasonal wholesale marketing plans, fostering synergy across all relevant channels.Develop and execute seasonal 360° marketing plans for all US wholesale accounts, driving operational activities across campaign development, event coordination, media planning, shop enhancements, web, email, influencer marketing and the creation of promotional materials tailored to the wholesale environment.Serve as the primary point of contact for national accounts showcasing the brand's dedication to these essential partners by owning the relationships, strategizing, and overseeing the execution of marketing initiatives.Ownership of co-op content calendars, creative needs, marketing plans, and innovation, with an “always on” approach to performance marketing within retailer media networks.Work with NA Wholesale Sales team to understand how the growth of our wholesale accounts feeds into and supports overarching brand awareness strategy in key markets.Manage the wholesale marketing co-op budget alongside NA Wholesale Sales team and Finance.Own and update wholesale marketing calendar and share with the wider business on key wholesale marketing activities including launches, shop takeovers and activations.Collaboration with key accounts teams to ensure business needs are prioritized and promoted accordingly across all channels.Coordinate all image and sample requests for partners, brief any bespoke assets and plan for custom photoshoots in collaboration with NA Wholesale Sales and Global Marketing teams.Strategic analysis of overall co-op performance, inclusive of media network data, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.Lead internal bi-weekly Marketing team meeting, presenting reporting on wholesale marketing activities and results.Coordinate internal Coach teams where needed to support NA Wholesale activities.Perform other duties and assignments as required.Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in Wholesale Marketing, leading full lifecycle campaigns and activations, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, brand management, communications or related field.Ability to establish relationships with and influence senior leaders internally and externally.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Exceptional organizational and project management experience.Excellent numerical, financial and analytical skills.Ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure.Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office.Our Competencies for All Employees:
