Our client, a luxury Real Estate Firm, is seeking a full-time Associate Creative Director to join their team on a hybrid basis in Coconut Grove, FL. This role involves hands-on branding design and management of the team. The candidate must have luxury brand experience.

Manage a team of 5 Production Designers, providing feedback and ensuring workflow is efficient.Work alongside the CMO to strategize, conceptualize, and produce brand-focused design material (i.e., new logo design, website, etc.).
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 7 years of experience working in Graphic Design.Experience working for a luxury brand or company.Ability to manage a small team and create content.Must have samples of luxury branding in portfolio.
