You’ll partner with the founders to shape the Growth Marketing strategy. Develop goals closely with the founders to create lead generation channelsUse analytics tools to understand performance so that you can measure attribution, double down on what works and improve.Run high-impact campaigns and experiments, from idea to executionForecast, measure, analyze, and report trends in data to obtain marketing and product insights on user behaviorIdentify best-fit customers by segments, verticals using tools like Google Analytics, ZoomInfo, Hubspot/Salesforce and AhrefsLeverage insights to drive experiments and growth (website/landing page views, free trials)Generate PQLs (Product Qualified Leads) through highly valuable content, self-serve documentation, and how-to’s for PLG (Product Led Growth)Iteratively eliminate product onboarding friction and increase conversion ratesWe're Ideally Looking For:

4+ years minimum of marketing experience with a proven track record of achieving measurable resultsExperience developing initial GTM metrics, lead pipeline and campaigns for pre-Series A startupExperience at SaaS companies, with a focus on Developer/Engineer buyer personaExperience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Google Analytics; experience with FullStory or Google AdWords is a plusKnowledge of growth marketing fundamentals such as lead generation forms, email marketing, drip campaigns, and deliverabilityMetrics forecasting experience is a plus – you know your way around a spreadsheetSelf-starter that takes initiative and ownership, biased towards action, spots opportunities for improvementWhy Work For Speedscale?
