Gaming industry requirement: 10+ years of experience in mobile publishing or mobile games-related business development.Existing network of mobile game developers is advantageous. Relevant backgrounds include recruiting new titles for Apple Arcade, Unity Create, or App Store Developer Sales (Amazon, Samsung, Google, Apple); selling B2B game products like games API, monetization solutions, or tools to startup founders; and experience with high-value publishing platforms like Tilting Point focusing on mobile games and studios.Startup or turnaround experience: Proven ability to thrive in a startup-like environment with a proactive mindset, strong initiative, and a track record of taking ownership of processes and driving results. Successful entrepreneurial experience on the founding team of a startup or emerging product.Healthy tenure: Demonstrated stability and commitment in previous roles with a track record of staying in positions for 2 or more years. Internal promotions within organizations are highly valued, indicating strong career progression and contributions to company success.Las Vegas local or willingness to relocate to Las Vegas.Compensation:
