Be one of the first applicants, read the complete overview of the role below, then send your application for consideration.Job Overview The Senior Product Marketing Manager is a valued member of our Marketing Operations Team and is responsible for leading a portfolio of sterile injectable pharmaceutical products in the acute and non-acute space. This position requires a combination of P&L strategy, product management, and promotional marketing. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Marketing Operations. This role is located onsite in East Windsor, New Jersey with one (1) day a week remote.Responsibilities

Manage P&L for the portfolio of products as assigned including pricing, forecasting, budget, bids, and other financial targets.Develop and support the implementation of short- and long-term business strategies and tactics to reach financial targets and expand the use of specialty pharmaceuticals.Actively engage and support selling efforts by working in close collaboration with Sales on product needs, new bid opportunities, and customer communications.Create customer messaging for Sales use with customers.Recommend promotional product strategies and tactics to engage customers and drive compliance.Collaborate with cross-functional partners and vendors to develop comprehensive marketing collateral based on clinical indication-driven market segments, including design and execution of messaging, promotional materials, sales tools, and proof sources.Support development of annual sales meeting strategies, messaging, collateral, and training efforts to ensure effective pull-through and contract compliance.Analyze market opportunities and support the development of strategies to create compelling value propositions and competitive positioning.Work with marketing leadership to set strategy, messaging, and execution approach for relevant trade shows and exhibitions; develop plans specific to products in your portfolio.Participate in marketing planning (annual marketing plan) – competitive research, market landscape analysis, development of molecule plans and budgets, presentations to leadership.Monitor and track competitive intelligence, market landscape, and product performance to continually optimize plans to meet forecasts.Gain market and competitive insights from market research, customers, and field-based personnel and management for communication tools and messaging development.Develop deep understanding of customer targets and their needs to develop effective communications and solutions.Plan and participate in advisory boards, market research, and consultant meetings to support or validate strategies and tactics.Partner with marketing communications to develop and implement social media outreach and content to LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and email/email campaigns.Must be willing and able to travel up to 20% of the time.Identify product opportunities and product rationalization analyses to optimize sales and profitability.This is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, skills, efforts, or requirements associated with the role. Demonstrated ability to interpret data and develop compelling messages for use with clinicians where applicable.Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills, and well-honed interpersonal and leadership skills are required.High level of internal initiative, independent thinking, and ability to interact with sales team and other cross-functional teams.Must be an effective team player in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.Effectively work in a regulated industry.Proficient in Microsoft suite of products including Teams and Power BI preferred.Advanced Excel skills including v-lookup, formulas, and pivot tables.Must live within a commutable distance to the East Windsor NJ offices.Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree; MBA Preferred.Prior generic pharmaceutical marketing experience required.Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in analytics, finance, generic marketing, or product management in the healthcare industry.Physical Requirements OFFICE POSITION - While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to:Stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard; reach, stoop, kneel to install computer equipment.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.Light to moderate lifting is required.Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.Additional Physical Requirements No Additional Requirements.
