Global Marketing Women's Cancers Associate Director

is a vital role that will be responsible for shaping Women's Cancers indications across early stage and advanced settings. You will play a vital role in building and maximizing the Global opportunity for the Women's Cancers franchise.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Build strong and actionable value propositions, narratives and launch strategies. Lead the Commercial Excellence Framework (L3 Next) and associated strategic development in close collaboration with the Global Disease Lead.Lead and work collaboratively with multiple functional teams including Market Access, Medical, Market Research, Human Health Digital Data & Analytics (HHDDA), Human Health International (HHI), Key Regional/Market teams, Congress planning teams, and the Promotional Review Team (PRT) to achieve our business aspirations.Shape key strategic communication objectives, Omnichannel, and content development for customers and measure impact of objectives across multiple channels to continuously improve on the customer experience. Work closely with Omnichannel extended team subject matter experts in HHDDA and International Commercial Operations (ICO) to maximize the customer experience.Represent Breast cancer indications in the transformation to Portfolio-based Customer Engagement for our Company's broad Women Cancer (WC) Portfolio.Know your customers: cross-functionally obtain a deep understanding of customers including drivers, barriers, competitive dynamics, and ecosystems. Proactively identify gaps /opportunities for market research projects and partner with Global Disease Lead and HHDDA to drive customer insights, and incorporate into L3 Next iteration.Know your product: partner with Global Disease Lead, Medical, and CI to establish a deep understanding of our clinical trials vs competition to drive product differentiation.Own the relationship with agency partners to develop customer resources, and lead approval of resources through the Promotional Review Team (PRT) process.Lead the annual planning process (L3 Next Connect) in collaboration with the cross-functional stakeholders and manage promotional budgets.Partner with cross-functional and regional team members to execute post-congress marketing meetings and engagements and support select Women’s cancer initiatives.Demonstrate "One Team" approach of integrating best practices and facilitating cross-regional learning.Demonstrate our Company's way of working leadership behaviors including building networks, sharing, focusing on the customer, and driving results. Maintain alignment to compliance goals and policies.Education Minimum Requirement:Bachelor's degree requiredRequired Experience and Skills:Minimum of 4 years' experience in marketing pharmaceutical productsAbility to work through ambiguity to shape and articulate a strategic visionExperience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders across hierarchical linesStrong knowledge of marketing principlesCampaign and Message Development; Experience with Omnichannel marketing & proven track record in leveraging digital, data and analytics in support of implementation & refinement of customer engagementStrong communication and presentation skillsExperience working in agile methodsAgency/vendor management skillsPreferred Experience and Skills:Master's degree (MBA) strongly preferredExperience in biopharma commercial positions with Global responsibilities, preferably within Oncology, Women's Cancer, and/or early stage settings.Experience developing and implementing innovative global marketing and commercial strategies and prior experience
