We're seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to lead our B2B engagement initiatives with sellers on our Marketplace platform. The ideal candidate will manage and activate targeted manual and automated email campaigns aimed at increasing seller onboarding, engagement, retention, and satisfaction. We're looking for someone adept at email optimization, A/B testing, with a strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of driving results through email marketing efforts.

What you'll do...

Manage day-to-day operations of the email marketing platform (HubSpot) and deploying regular and automated email campaigns, including campaign planning, segmentation, scheduling, and activation.Manage and optimize automated lifecycle email campaigns to increase seller engagement with the email channel, leveraging content personalization, localization, dynamic content, and behavioral targeting.Define email channel SOPs and principles (frequency, relevance, etc.) for both promotional and transactional emails, continuously aligning with stakeholders to ensure consistent governance and use of email capabilities, minimizing seller fatigue.Develop and execute email marketing strategies to effectively engage Marketplace sellers, focusing on driving engagement, driving product adoption, providing valuable resources, and fostering relationships.Utilize data-driven insights to segment seller lists and personalize email content based on seller behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stage.Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging and relevant content for email campaigns, including product updates, business updates, best practices, and seller success stories.Conduct A/B tests to optimize email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.Monitor and analyze key email marketing metrics and KPIs to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven optimizations.Provide regular reporting and insights on email campaign performance, including recommendations for optimization and future strategies.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Marketing Ops, GTM, Business, Product to ensure seamless execution of email campaigns.Contribute to the Seller Marketing MarTech product roadmap to drive enhancements of the email marketing capabilities.Ensure all email marketing activities comply with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and follow industry best practices.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in email marketing and B2B engagement, and incorporate relevant insights into our strategies.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and 2 years' experience in marketing or related field OR 4 years' experience in marketing or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field.4+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.Proficiency in email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools, preferably HubSpot.Solid understanding of email design best practices, HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.Experience with dynamic content and content localization/translation.Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and targeting techniques.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer journey mapping.Experience with marketing automation segmentation.Experience with other marketing communications channels such as SMS, in-app messaging is a plus.Proficiency in a contemporary CRM platform (HubSpot preferred).Proven ability to master and learn processes and platforms quickly.Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.Collaborative work ethic as partnership with stakeholders at all levels is key.Ability to move fast in an often ambiguous and fluid environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
