This role is the glue that binds our product and GTM strategy to the tactics we need to drive success in sales and marketing and to achieve resultsYou will be the payments product evangelist and will play an integral role in organizing product launchesYou will be responsible for everything from initial product concepts to campaign reporting - it starts and lives with the Product Marketing teamYour role: develop market-leading strategies, craft targeted campaigns, support product development, vertical expansion and rally the cross-functional team and build sales momentum that can't be stoppedYou will collaborate with our product development and field marketing team to develop innovative programs that drive demandOwn in-depth global market understanding through sales insight, market research, voice of the customer and competitive analysisBecome an expert in our verticals, technology and lead relevant strategy to the businessSharply position products and consistently execute that in market, supported by well-defined market segmentation and personasCreate and communicate a clear and consistent vision for the business line, with ongoing measurement and optimizationHelp shape the product and service offerings- or package existing ones - from concept to launch, collaborating with internal experts, industry analysts, research and clients to produce intelligent and insightful products that address key customer needsDefine and own aggressive, measurable sales and marketing plans to sell to, and through, customersUnderstand the competitive landscape - be an expert on our competition and how they are positionedCollaborate cross-functionally with product management, field marketing, and sales leadership to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personasUnderstand and document our buyer's process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they makeThen drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learnDevelop effective launch plans and go-to-market strategies for the products you support in conjunction with our product development and marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customersAssess the effectiveness of the go-to-market programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and report back with tangible metrics to the business on required changesPlan the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products and manage the cross-functional implementation of the planAct as the primary thought leader for the products you support externally, including speaking engagements and written worksCollaborate across multiple departments to deliver effective sales presentations, internal documentation, digital collateral pieces, website content, competitive intelligence, videos, case studies, content assets, and other market-ready materials designed to educate and drive market demandCompany informationNorth American Bancard Holdings, LLC (NAB) and its subsidiaries are committed to making it as easy as possible for you to grow your business through innovations in credit card processing, ecommerce, mobile payments, back-end business solutions, and more.
