Guides development of die architectures in package designs optimized for electrical performance to address high speed MIPI M-PHY interfaces, ONFI protocols, and power integrity, while meeting stringent mechanical and thermal requirements. Ensures that design outputs meet or exceed customer requirements and are within Assembly and vendor capabilities. Publishes inputs to create package integration roadmaps.
