OVERVIEW:

The Marketing Specialist will lead market data analytics/insights to build up core-marketing strategy for Laser Printer, Inkjet Printer, Document Scanner, Label Printer, and Card Printer's B to B business group which has been established to address the growing needs of the new hybrid work/life environment, and to provide solutions/support to customers and companies that have adapted to a hybrid workstyle, including the home office and the workplace.

This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Monday and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leads market data analytics/insights. Captures the latest market trends of B to B Printer, Scanner, and Software by being the leader of research or market data analytics/insights, working with internal groups and/or external agencies.

Refines potential target audience of product/solutions and finds opportunities for business growth.

Establishes core-marketing tactics then utilizes research findings to build up the core marketing strategy for Laser Printer, Inkjet Printer, Document Scanner, Laser Printer, Card Printer, and any other B to B related business.

Recommends marketing plans and activities for product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. Expect to be the departmental expert regarding B2B sales process through multiple channels of distribution; guides go-to-market action plans based on a rich assessment of channel needs.

Departmental lead to establish strategic marketing plans to enrich the presentation, delivery and sales activation of Canon products through B2B channels.

Establishes CRM tactics for the B to B business by planning post launch marketing tactics to maximize the LTV for the end user.

Project Management: Guides internal and external stakeholders to the right direction on each marketing & sales activities, based on the core-marketing tactics built for each products/solutions.

Periodically reviews the sales and marketing performance and proposes new strategies when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 3 to 5 years of related experience, or equivalent experience required.

Masters degree preferred.
