Position Summary...What you'll do:Work closely with designers, copywriters, product managers, marketers, and other cross-functional partners to evolve brand design systems and to help create engaging experiences for our partners, customers, and associates.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help shape the evolution of the brands, voice, and strategy.Help define, evolve, and document flexible design systems in our internal/external communications and products.Design unique brand identities for associate engagement programs, webpages, email campaigns, marketing collateral, environmental graphics, social, and applications.Create captivating and professionally branded presentations so that leadership, partners, and product owners can effectively present ideas and products.Elevate and bring a level of polish across the designs we develop for our customers and associates by creating intuitive and delightful deliverables in a variety of channels.Inspire, create, and sustain a culture of excellence by helping to develop, guide best practices, and design processes that enable agility and support smooth cross-functional collaboration.What you will bring:8+ years as a designer (either working for in-house creative teams or agencies).A design portfolio with brand, product, web design, and illustration work showing projects you’ve worked on and led.A natural collaborator and strong communicator (written and verbal) who thrives in ambiguity, adapts quickly to changes, manages time efficiently, and excels in fast-paced environments, sharing work early and frequently while inspiring peers and articulating design decisions effectively.A self-motivated problem-solver with a strong track record of delivering work independently and influencing other designers, adept at managing multiple projects, detail-oriented, strategic thinker, and experienced in cross-functional collaboration from kickoff to delivery.Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator), and Microsoft Office Suite (specifically PowerPoint and Word).Humble, respectful, and value team success over personal success.Demonstrated experience creating and upholding brand design systems across platforms.About Walmart Global Tech:

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 4 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area. Option 2: 6 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.Preferred Qualifications:Design certification (for example, IDEOU - Foundations in Design Thinking Certificate), Driving product development in a user experience area, Master's degree in UI/UX Design, Interactive and Visual Design, Product Design, or related area.Primary Location:
