Sr. Director, Product MarketingJob Summary:

The Sr. Director of Product Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy to bring the restaurant solutions portfolio to life through differentiated GTM plans that speak to the needs of the diverse restaurant segments and archetypes. This role sits at the critical intersection between Product and Marketing, and is accountable for developing and executing strategy for the entire product lifecycle from influencing roadmaps to launch and adoption, including ownership for positioning and storytelling, competitive intelligence, .com & demand gen messaging, pricing and packaging, and sales enablement.Responsibilities:Leading the Product Marketing Team:

Coach, lead, manage, and inspire a high-performing results-oriented team.Developing and executing the product marketing strategy:

This includes market positioning, messaging, product launch plans, sales enablement, competitive analysis, across multiple segments and archetypes.Developing go-to-market (GTM) plans:

Creating briefs for demand generation activities, thought leadership programs, and enablement and managing website product pages and demand gen stories.Driving product growth and adoption:

Drive product growth and adoption, resulting in increased revenue, customer satisfaction and business success.Collaborating with cross-functional teams:

Working closely with Product Management, Growth and Brand Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to drive the GTM strategy and ensure a consistent customer experience.Leading the development of sales enablement tools:

Creating tools and product collateral to support the sales team.Monitoring market trends and competition:

Keeping up-to-date on market trends and the competitive landscape, and continuously improving product offerings and messaging to stay ahead of the market.Conducting market research:

Understanding customer needs and the competitive landscape and using the information to inform product and marketing strategies.Skills and Attributes:10+ years of product marketing experience, preferably for B2B SaaS.Ability to successfully build, lead, manage and coach a diverse team.World-class storytelling skills.Demonstrated success leading the development of marketing and audience strategies, creating go-to-market plans, product positioning and measurement frameworks for a portfolio of products and brands.Results-oriented and data-driven, using data to identify problems, find opportunities, and drive improvement in our marketing and growth efforts.Ability to think strategically, solve problems and make complex decisions.Successful track record collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and action.Keen ability to influence decision makers.Unrelenting champion of the customer.Always willing to roll up your sleeves and execute in addition to developing strategy.Passion for restaurants, hospitality and industry-related technology.Perks of Joining Us:Monday-Thursday in office work week.
