Seeking a Luxury Showroom Design Consultant with a strong business acumen mixed with interior design or luxury retail experience. This position blends a love for home décor with strong sales abilities, all within a collaborative and inclusive team environment. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can effectively oversee and co-manage the daily operations of our showroom.
This is a full-time, in-office role that includes working retail hours and occasional weekends.
REQUIREMEMTS
A positive and friendly attitude towards customers and colleagues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A keen interest and awareness of the design, home décor, or luxury industry.
A dedication to providing an exceptional client experience.
Proven project management skills and a history of delivering high-quality customer service.
Proficiency with PC-based applications, including Outlook for email/calendar and Teams for video communication. Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or NetSuite is a plus.
A self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and work effectively as part of a team.
Three to five years of experience in retail, design, sales, project management or customer service.
