What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Lead a team of analysts and consultants to advise business leaders on sales incentive strategiesProvide thought leadership and best practices on sales incentive topics globallyManage annual conversations around Sales Incentive strategy, ensuring stakeholder engagementInfluence sales effectiveness through a comprehensive cross-sell strategyFoster a continuous improvement mindset to enhance people programs and client experiences

What is Required (Qualifications):Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and educationProven success in building and leading high-performance teamsStrong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills related to sales incentivesExceptional collaboration, relationship management, and influencing skillsDemonstrated experience influencing executives, including VPs and Senior Vice Presidents

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):3-5 years of experience in a financial or analytical environment, including budget managementExperience in a B2B marketing or sales environmentNatural ability to positively influence individuals and teamsPassion for continuous learning and personal growthComfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments
